Standard material
Standard self-piercing rivets are manufactured by forging,
hardening and tempering with special steel wire as raw material. It
can provide the best riveting performance in a wide range of
applications.
Special material
- Austenitic stainless steel self-piercing rivet - used for
riveting stainless steel plates with lower hardness;
- Martensitic stainless steel rivets - stainless steel sheets with
high hardness that can not be riveted with austenitic stainless
steel rivets;
- Copper rivet - used for riveting special sheets, such as copper,
brass and plastic sheets;
- Aluminum rivet - used to rivet aluminium sheets with lower
hardness.
Rivet hardness
Rivets are manufactured according to different hardness levels to
meet the riveting requirements of different riveted sheet groups.
